I bring a deep bench of expertise in: hiring and onboarding, fundraising, board deck prep, offsite planning, company wide planning, and internal comms.
When I was the Chief of Staff at FoodCorps, a 300+ org, I hired exec leaders, planned annual offsites, helped raise funds for new initiatives, and orchestrated everything from strategic plans, exec team meetings, all-hands retreats, and board meetings. I can help your team get aligned with KPIs, manage information flow org-wide, and make meetings more fun, efficient, and strategic.
I help startups and nonprofits grow faster by organizing and creating structure internally. As a pro project and people wrangler, I take even the most ambiguous visions and make them reality. With both startups and nonprofits, I've stood up new projects from scratch – like launching a new community function, executing client meetings, building Internal comms infrastructure, and optimizing processes that remove internal inefficiencies. I can help your team get general operations in order and execute critical projects from 0-1, while building systems that bring the whole company along.
I help ambitious leaders and founders find clarity and confidence, so they can feel fulfilled in work and life. Many of the people I work with are in transition – leading a team for the first time, forging an entirely new career path, or finding their way back to the workplace after starting a family.
I’ve coached startup founders (backed by Seven Seven Six and Rebel One) and amazing leaders inside cool companies and mission-driven nonprofits (Planned Parenthood, National Farm to School Network, Crooked Media, Angel City Football Club, and more!) with The Grand World.
A typical engagement starts at 3-6 months meeting bi-weekly, though many clients continue on thereafter, working through whatever challenges come up each week.
